Setting up a CNAME record with Network Solutions
- Log in to your Network Solutions account
- Go to Account Manager, then Domains
- Select the domain
- Navigate to Advanced Tools
- Click Manage, then + ADD RECORD
- Fill in the fields:
- Record type: CNAME
- Refers to: Other Host
- Host Name: Your unique CNAME ID
- Alias to: Your chosen subdomain
- TTL: Leave as-is or set to 7200
- Click ADD to save changes
CNAME propagation can take anywhere from a few minutes to 48 hours. After propagation, you can connect the domain to your landing page by changing the display URL.
